Gelli Printing - Rochester Art Gallery

Join artist Xtina Lamb and try out the methods she used to make her monoprints. Working with a rubbery 'Gelli' printing plate and mudlarked items from the River Medway, around the site where the Battle of Medway took place. Xtina will show the found objects she used to imitate mark making from the Guildhall's print collection and help you to create your own depictions of the fire, smoke and ships on the Medway 350 years ago.
10.30am-12noon, 12.30-2pm, or 3-4.30pm.
